Salon Policies to Make Your Appointment Great

  1. Running Late?
    If you are going to be delayed for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are going to be delayed 15 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Habitual tardiness, cancellations, and frequent rescheduling will require advance payment of services before future appointments may be made.
  2. Missing Your Appointment
    Your appointment time is scheduled just for you. When you do not show up to your appointment it prevents others from being able to book that appointment. We try to offer reminders thru text, email, and phone.
  3. Deposit May Be Required
    Any appointment longer than 90 minutes will require a 20% deposit, which will be forfeited if cancellation policy is not followed. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a 50% rebooking fee. Please be respectful of other clients waiting for appointments.
  4. 24 Hour Cancellation
    We request any cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance. Prime time appointments are always in demand, by cancelling at least 24 hours in advance it allows us to accommodate another guests' appointment request.
  5. Feeling Under the Weather?
    We also request if you are not feeling well that you reschedule your appointment rather than spread your illness to our other guests or staff. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
  6. Have Kids?
    We love kids, heck half of us have kids. We request that children be supervised by another adult if you are receiving services that restrict your attention (especially facials and nail services). Well behaved children can enjoy our free wifi, legoes, and doll house if they need to accompany you during your service.
